Hey, @ursulino123 if VPN works and not your normal IP that means there is an issue on your ISP to our servers. A VPN bypasses your ISP network and routing. I would go back to your ISP tell them this and that it's on their end. 

There is not much we can help you with on this as there is no troubleshooting to solve issue on your ISP. :/

But I called for their support, they came to my house, I showed it to then... They could not explain what is happenig. Its a Battlefield problem, other games works fine. Another detail: I discovered that in some BF1 servers everything is ok. I think that the problem is related to the last update. 

Game updated and now its working fine as always! It really was a problem with the game. Thanks for the help

Same here, i play with my PS4 and the internet it´s terrible, the ping make me crazy and go play another game!

We haven't update the game this month, so I'm not sure what update that you got now. @ursulino123 Glad to hear it was solved in the end. 🙂

The update was one of those small updates that appears when I enter game menu, dont know how to call then, but when the game starts a msg shows up saying that the game needs to be updated

ahh, those are UI update they will change items that are inn the main menu of Battlefield 1. Nothing to do with performance or game systems. 🙂
