High pitched ringing noise at launch

When I boot the game, a high pitched ringing noise plays instead of audio. I've contacted EA support about this and their advice helped for a bit, but the problem has returned.

I've updated my sound and graphics drivers, repaired the game, cleared my origin cache, uninstalled and reinstalled Discord, disabled Origin in-game display, rebooted my computer several times, one of those reboots was a clean reboot, too.

Still, the problem persists.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried every solution I've seen on these forums and what EA Help has told me.
