How can I get my sync cloud storage data of BF 1

I played BF1 in net bar but ea app didn't ask me if I want to load my sync data, so the game program started without the sync data, today I play BF1 on my own computer, ea app also didn't ask me abou...

Hello NapkinSleeping,

It's hard to tell what happened, but there is nothing much you can do (progress can't be restored). I recommend you play the campaign again.

  Local data is saved in Documents\Battlefield 1\Settings
  Yes you can overwrite cloud data with local data.
  If cloud data and local data do not match, a popup window should appear asking which one you want to use.
