I bought the BF1 collective edition and got a code for redeeming doughboy M1911. This code can be redeemed on PC. However, how do I redeem it on PS4? I tried to visit Battlefield.com/Triforce but I couldn't find where I could enter the 16-bit code and redeem a PS4 code. What should I do now?

You should be able to redeem it on the PS4 Store, and claim the Weapon in game.

Thank you for your reply! But the biggest problem is the triforce website does not work ... it jumps to the BF1 official website.
I would recommend getting in contact with EA Support, to see if they can help you redeem this Code:

I noticed that the Triforce Site jumps to the main Battlefield Site as well, so maybe Support can help you claim this.

Unfortunately, the advisor was unable to help me. Well, maybe the code can redeem only on PC (actually, it can be redeemed directly on PC).

Sorry to hear Support was unable to help you with this.
If you redeem this on PC, it can only be used on the PC version of the Game.
This was a promotion when the game first came out and it's been quite a bit, which is why the Triforce site is no longer available.
