As i'm aware there is no way to directly restore keybindings which you had before you uninstalled the game.
But if you just reinstalled it now, just go through it once again and assign your keybindings. At least then you keep having them if you keep the game installed too. It's not like you have to do it every day again and again. 🙂
If you planned of playing BF4 now again.
