How do I contact EA support to open a support ticket regarding BF4?

Got the same question.. Im so done with EA and their stupid support... your so desperate for a depressing game error and noone can help you!!! today i downloaded Crysis 1 and it gives me this error; Could not write license data! contact customer support for further instruction. and idk wtf to do with this and i cant create a goddamn ticket!!! Things are so simple to other sites but to this one... sheesh... i filled the case info and then if i want for example to press on [Got a gameplay question? Aim it at @EAHelp on Twitter.Want to crowdsource a fix? Ask the player community at Answers HQ.Have a tech problem? Search EA Help for a fix.] one of these they get me back to the start!! im so tired with this wasted all of my day trying to fix Crysis 1 and the EA problem list screw you if theres no solution to this im gonna have to ask for a refund

sorry if that error is causing you troubles - you can usually reach out to an advisor by starting off at help.ea.com - here's a link where I preselected Crysis technical issues on PC for you, just click it and you should be prompted with the available support options. Also edited out some of that profanity.

You guys really should add ticket option, because when we select the ea help and chat with a game advisor, it says "sorry, can't find page"

Hey @SeviskenCeyhan,

I just checked the link, which worked fine, so did the chat afterwards. If the chat won't work, please check if there's any adblocker or plugins that keep the chat client from working correctly, maybe also try to use a different browser.
