How do I delete or deactivate my account?

How do I delete or deactivate my account? I have searched through the forum for a way to do this and every single time it just sends me to another page, then another and back again sending in a loop...

This doesn't help me either.  Someone created an account using my email and I can't just delete it myself?  Then the help page for that specific topic isn't very helpful.  It tells me to open a case, but no info on how to do that.  I've contacted EA, but gotten no confirmation that I have done so.  And I apparently have no open cases.  What even is this nonsense?  How do you not have a chatbot or a phone number?  No wonder some random person chose this place to use my email to start an account.

    I have the same problem.  Someone opened an account using my email and I can't delete it.  I've tried using 'contact us' and get no response; also opened a case and get no response; also tried to initiate a chat and get no response after waiting for an hour!  What kind of rummy outfit is this?????
