You can enable Mantle API in video settings of the game. There will be an option called "Graphics API'. Note that this option will be available only if your graphics card supports Mantle API.
Also, Mantle API is available only in Battlefield 4 (Speaking about Battlefield games).
It sounds to me your Gaming PC is just not up to par on playing this game very well at all.
I would check your PC to see if it's truly stable enough to play your games before buying them.
