How do i find or create a new 6-digit verification code?

Hey guys, was actually trying to log into the Battlefield 1 companion when this issue arose. So i cant really get into my account without a "6-digit verification code", but im not sure if i missed on something and just cant find it. Ive had my Xbox 1 for over a year or so now, right actually, and ive played fifa and battlefield one for a while so i have an account. I was thinking I could log onto the website and get another code sent to me via text message, but i need the code to even access my account information. I know its for security and what not, but im still just locked out of my account I suppose. Not sure where I can find this verification code.
