how do i get an avatar for battlelog

I have no idea why you had that problem.  I do know that there is a Sidebar on the top page of the Answer HQ website's own operations discussion forum with the top announcement there asking you to please post only topical matters in the forum.  You chose to ignore that request.  We have had to transfer this to where it belonged.
