How do I get my Battlefield 3:Limited Edition code to work for PS3?

I got Battlefield 3: Limited edition which claims gives you access to Back to Karkand, but when I typed the code, it didn't give me the DLC. I was in contact with a rep, but they didn't help any...I don't know what to do. It's been months and I've been waiting for a reply from EA or whoever I contacted and I still don't have my DLC...

Make sure you have the first multiplayer update installed as well as the rest. Back to Karkand expansion pack is included in the first multiplayer update.

OP did you purcahse the game new or used? If it was used then the code was already used by the previous owner and you will have to purchase a new online pass for $9.99 USD on the PSN store. If new contact customer support like nightmare stated.
