I feel like everyone else is getting the 4th floor tag and i know some people are going to say its the BFh beta well i have 2 friends that have the 4th floor tag and never played BFH beta ever. And everyone i ask who has it they just say I don't remeber how i got it. I know it says for 4th floor participants i don't know what BF has to do with Floors. PLS HELP I WANT THIS TAG.
You answered your own question. it was for playing in the BFH beta

As you've already heard and as @TheRealHanBrolo stated it was for participation in the first Closed Beta of Battlefield Hardline which was only available on PC and PS4. If you did not participate in the Beta you are not eligible for the reward. Also nobody on AHQ to include the EA Community Managers is able to grant award entitlements so if you don't have this tag already there is nothing more that can be done.
