how do i get the package from home skin

Hi i completed the challenge where you had to help people on battlefield 1 but i never received the package from home skin for the m1911 i would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out on this...

Hey @shadowluxX24,

I see you've been in contact with an EA Advisor, can you confirm he was able to resolve your issue? Looks like it from what I can see, but I'd rather double check.
