how do i get the package from home skin
Hi i completed the challenge where you had to help people on battlefield 1 but i never received the package from home skin for the m1911 i would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out on this...

I'm sorry that you didn't got you'r Skin yet.
But we here in the Forum are not able to unlock you missing In-game content.
In that case please reach out to a EA Advisor from the Support here: https://help.ea.com/en/
They should be in the position to help with stuff like that, if you explain what's the issue exactly.
I would advise you to try via Live Chat option, if it's available. 🙂
