How do I join a game as a 'party' or 'squad' with a few of my friends together?

So i will be guarenteed to be on the same team and squad once we join in?  I don't understand why I can't figure out how to do it? There must be a simple explanation?

    After speaking to a EA Rep/Game Advisor, I learned that this feature is currently disabled due to the amount of players connecting.

im sorry this worries me more

how did DICE not expect this??

all other FPS multiplayer games have party options and never once has it needed to be disabled due to large # of players

how this got thru BETA testing is beyond me
