how do I redeem a code

Hi, I purchased the Battlefield 4 dog tags and inside the pouch there is a redeemable code. It states " To redeem your Battlefield 4 in-game content " 1 Go to www.battlefield.com/dogtagoffer 2 Log ...

You're redeeming a very old code so the redemption site is no longer there.  If you cannot redeem it via your PC origin client as per @Carbonic 's instructions you may need to speak with a game advisor to see if it's possible to add to your account (it might not be possible).
