I've had this issue recently, with the fact that also the name of the server is wrong in many ways but I was banned for no reason. Did nothing wrong, enjoying a good game just like any other normal gamer. Then banned, I think EA need to stop thinking about the money it gets them and start thinking about the gamers.

Find Official maps might help cut down on kicks. But admins pay and run the show. Not EA.

Sorry that's suppose to say I'm not E.A. also creative a help ticket with a game advisor with EA is not hard. Google it and scroll down, it's a simple way for a REAL conversation with someone from EA.
