Its official --- EA does not give a damn...
section 12 of the terms of use!!! ... you may be given the option to play EA Software online on servers not owned or controlled by EA. EA takes no responsibility for your use of EA Software on or through any such service and otherwise has no control over how those services are offered, administered or operated.
They will take your money but there is no guarantee that you can play the game...

HOW DO I REPORT A SERVER?
Submit your report by contacting us via Email from our Help Center.
1) Go to our Contact Us page
2) For Product, select your game name and hit Next
3) For Platform, select the appropriate platform and hit Next
4) For Category, select "ReportCheating/Harassment" and describe the issue
Be sure to include as much information about the server in question in the Description, inclusion of screenshots or video evidence helps greatly.
Hit next, then select the email option to submit
