How do I see my ban time?

You can not see the length of a ban however in this matter, I would recommend contacting EA Support.

Could me changing my password several times be the reason I was banned?

Good luck with EA support. It is the absolute worst. English is not the first language of almost every EA support operator. I would suggest asking to speak to an American when you call right off the bat.

Also, if you have been banned, all EA support operators are told to say that "they cannot help you about lifting a ban", even if they have no idea why you have been banned.  Like I said, Good Luck! You are going to need it.

Maybe the key you used was illegal?

@xTheMemeManx is it a battlelog ban? If it is then it is due to your account was hacked in the past and it is a security thing to keep your account safe :] So to fix this you will need to contact EA see last part of my post for this issue if it is not this please read my full post as I added all the ban info for you....Edit.....

Answers HQ cannot handle bans. They don't have access to your account - They can't look into any specific cases. All anyone can do in here is link to your options.

If your feed / profile photo / Presentation is "Hidden By The Battlelog Administrators" You can post in the following thread to request it to be unhidden. Please remove anything that may violate the terms and service before posting as it will just remain hidden for a tos violation.Please see this link...

In the Body of your email, please include the following information:
- Information of the situation
- First and last name
- Game/Product name
- Persona's name
- Where your game or product was purchased
- Banned or Suspended
- Error/Notification Message received (if any)
- Details of your dispute

Please Note: It does take time for a ban appeal to go though some longer then others. Do not spam them with emails state your case one time. Then let them contact you back once they have made a decision on your ban.

For anyone who got this on Battlelog..."You have been banned from Battlelog. If you believe this was done in error, please contact Customer Services". Then please do this...

It is the battlelog ban. I do not know what I should select for my topic. Should I select my account was hacked? I have never had my account hacked before. So I am confused to why I have the actual ban.
