How does battlefield 4 work?
I have played since launch and I keep getting killed all the time I literally have probably 500000 deaths and 2000 kills in total in bf4 because people take like 80 shots with a mag and I can get kil...

feel sad to hear that you can't really enjoy it that much in this case. But we probably can't really tell you a clear reason for that or any specific solution.
But i would just advise you, keep playing if you still like the game. There are a few things that effect the general gameplay and how well you do in certain matches.
- the loadout you play and how good you can handle it (maybe try out other weapons)
- how well your weapon fits the Game mode, map size and your play style
- how well you know all the different ways on a map (map knowledge)
- how good your team plays with you and can cover you in certain situations
- how good your enemies are in general
There is always matches that don't run really well at all and some run pretty good. We all have those days.
Even i have those days, still.
And i played also since release and have around 3600 hours.
