@ElliotLH I already tried contacting them via Twitter but I haven't received a response, their Facebook is dead and the EA Help page has no option for live chat or email contact.

@VenomTheKlyntar I am having the same issue. There doesn't seem to be a way to talk to someone about this problem

@VenomTheKlyntar I was just able to email EA help but when going through selecting a topic I had to select something different.
Battlefield Bad Company 2>Steam>Missing Content>Never Received Content and then it gave me the option to actually open a case.- @itsyoboiclaudio yes i did the same thing and still waiting an update from ea.help on that
