How to change e-mail?

I have problem with my e-mail.

I deleted my old e-mail and I want to change it but I can't remember my security question.

I can log in on my account but i need to change e-mail in case where I will not log in. Please help!

    Try this,


    1) Visit http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/?product=battlefield-4
    2) Press 'New Case'
    3) Select Platform after that press Next
    4) Select a relevant Topic and name then press next
    5) Select a contact method, I recommend call back but note that call back is only available in certain Countries.

    Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. To contact an EA Advisor directly you will have to go to:

    http://help.ea.com/contact-us

    then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".

    Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic

    When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA

    The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top left corner:

    Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

    I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative.

    I can't see "Start a new conversation" button. I only see cell phone choice.
    I want conversation because I can't talk in english but I can write in english.
