How to destroy the dam in BF4, campaign 6

Hi everyone, hope that you are well, I am unable to destroy the dam in Bf, CAMPAIGN 6, when I want to jump the solder falls down and dies, I have tried so many times but it's not working, have repaired the game but futile, anyone who can help me,

    I had this issue in the past, and jumping by using W (run key), sprint key and jumping key at once without touching the mouse fixed the problem for me. Also, I didn't get to test it myself, but according to the info I searched, the jump will not work if you changed the key used for running.
