how to download my preload of bf4 on PS3 ... ??

can any one please tell me how to download my preload of bf4 on PS3 ... ?? in the psn store shows that has been purchased and auto download as been set to date 30 - 10- 2013. and even the date has been crossed but nothing started yet..

for India pre load time is 24hrs before launch(i.e., 1st nov2013 12am)

Please help...!!!
