How to get Battlefield 4 to stop crashing

Okay, so Battlefield 4 will not, under any circumstances, load a game. It just immediatly crashes, and then gives me some garbage about a directx error, the game used to work for me and now it doesn't and before you try and give me all of the basic troubleshooting steps, I have done the following: reinstalled battlefield 4, repaired battlefield 4, reinstalled origin (wiped out all game files with it), installed the newest .NET framework, reinstalled my drivers, unclocked my GPU, REINSTALLED WINDOWS (not for this specifically, but you would think that after a clean install the game would work), checked every setting I can find that might limit BF4's ability to operate, run through every troubleshooting thread I can find, and have done basically everything inbetween. I also garauntee that it is not my computer:

i7-3930K @ 4.50GHz

GTX 780 @ 1337MHz core clock & 1752MHz VRAM

Ballistix 8GB @ 1600MHz

Mushkin Chronos Enhanced 480GB SSD

Asus Rampage IV Evtreme

So can anyone please provide me with a surefire fix for BF4? Any help is greatly appreciated, as I have literally no idea what I can possibly do to fix this issue, I have already tried just about everything.
