How to get M1911 in 2023?
I'm a great fan of Battlefield series and I have bought BF3 recently.I really want to get M1911,what should I do?Some guys told me to buy BC2 in order to gain veteran status,but that's a bit too expensive for me.

Yes, you can still get the M1911 in 2023.
I just got mine about an hour ago.
You have to play a game older than Battlefield 3 in order for this to work. Keep in mind that it won't work from the first try, as the veteran system is kinda old at this point.
You can get a cheap cd-key for BFBC2 from 3rd party stores.
You have to contact EA Help in order to grant you maximum veteran status (after you play Bad Company 2).
In my case (after many tries), I contacted EA Help from India and one of their advisors was finally able to grant me max veteran status and unlock me the M1911.
