How to get proper support? Ticket escalated to a 'higher department', but no response over weeks.

I see it's players helping players over here, so I hope somebody has some advice for me. I try to stay brief in the description of the problem, as it's a rather long story. My pre-order for Battlefi...

    The right answer to my question is: you can't

    They have closed my original and chat ticket the day before yesterday. Didn't get any notification of closure, they didn't write any update, and I didn't receive my refund.

    The rudeness of this made me furious. First putting me on hold for over 2 months, instead of 1-2 weeks and then closing the ticket(s) without solution.

I will try that now. Last time I had an estimated wait time of 5 minutes for almost an hour, so I cancelled and submitted a ticket. I'll get back to you if this solved anything.

Edit:

This time I was able to chat within the estimated wait time. In the end he had to escalate it once again to another department, but this time it sounded more promising. Estimated response time is 4-5 working days. Will get back to you on this later.

The 5 working days have passed as well, so much for the new promises. Will wait some more to see if they will eventually answer me, but I highly doubt it.
