How to get Redeem Code again (Expired when bought disc)

When i bought the PS3 Disc for Battlefield Hardline. The Redeem code expired long ago i bought it on 23rd/10/2015 but it expired on 17th/3/2015. Is there a way to get a new code? or am i stuck with n...
