How to improve fps?
Apparently you do not give any support to Brazilians so I'm using the translator, I hope they can understand me. (besides that the game is not subtitled while black ops 2 is even dubbed in my languag...
Since the minimum video graphics card is named this way:
(NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or higher performance)
. . and your card is below that, an upgrade is in order.

Thanks for the reply, but if I wanted to know the minimum requirements I would not have researched or found yourself asking, and that link you sent compares with a 9600GT clocked different from my XFX 9600GT, you saw that I posted my clocks XFX 9600GT?
The 9600GT 512MB (that comes with the highest stock clock) is around 12% less performance than the 8800GT 512MB which is the minimum requirement, but I'm using overclock of around 10% in Gpu, Shader in 14% and 50% in the memory of the video card. Besides the more when this test that says the difference is 12% was done was the 174.12 beta driver and we are not counting the 314.22 betas then the difference in performance must have fallen.

But what I really want to know is if you have something else I can do besides what has already been done to improve fps without changing the hardware?
