How to log out of EA account on xbox

I've noticed a lot of battlelog items I've unlocked from battlepacks on bf hardline, whenever I did sign in I used my father's email address which I guess I used for origin as well, but that email expired a long time ago. Anyone know how I can sign out and use mine instead?

    Is your fathers e-mail address linked to the Battlefield profile on your specific Gamertag? Every Gamertag can have one connected Origin ID and should get connected automatically if you are logged in with the specific Xbox profile.

    I want to log out of origin I'd account BC  my dad forgot his password and not getting any emails to reset it
