Same thing for me. The game does not show in "myGames" in Origin ofter signing in. Not a good system for those who may have to replace a drive. One would think the key would go with the account...

The key is linked to the account. If the game is not showing, make sure you are logging in with the right account
and the game is not hidden. If it is still not showing, contact a game advisor to check your account.
