I don't know how to use this, you can make a tutorial?

If you want to update your security question, you need to call the Specialist Team and they can help you.
This can't be done from the Live Chat.But you need to contact them from this link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Choose "CONTACT A ADVISOR" then you need to choose product etc. After doing all those steps, you will get different options on how to contact the Support Team.
If you can't choose "CALL US" then choose "EMAIL US". If you can't choose neither of these, you should at least be able to choose "LIVE CHAT".
If you can't find these options, let me know.
