How to Unlock BF3 premium after pre-ordering BF4 Xbox 360???

I Pre-ordered BF4 Xbox 360 some time ago. It states that once you do you get Premium BF3 for free. Because I bought the Premium content prior to that all I had to do just go to the store and dowloaded it. Works fine.
My mate pre-ordered the BF4 yestarday and doesnt know how to Unlock BF3 premium now as there is no code or anything. Please help!!!.
You do not receive BF3 Premium for pre-ordering BF4. What you get is an automatic upgrade to the BF4 limited edition which includes the first expansion pack for free.
If you want BF3 Premium you will have to purchase BF3 Premium at full price or when it is on sale.
