HUD bug. No crosshair etc / Assignment Dead stop stop can't be achived. BF4 Xbox One

1.)

In some matches i don't have a crosshair, and when i hit someone, the hitmarker won't be shown. this is very irritating.

2.)

When i raise or lower the caspian border. All of them every single one on the long Border. It won`t be checked in the achievement. This is no sync problem, as bf4 allready synced a weapon from another assignment. Please give me a solution or unlock it. That would be nice.
