seems like alot of ppl have the same problem "Rubber banding issues for some players with solid Internet connections" its listed in the known issues on the forum under control room....its being investigated for over a mth or so...the game is unplayable now for lots of ppl.Along with other issues that make it unplayable.

I dont think rubberbanding is causing this issue but it could be under this: Some instances of no hit effects and no damage to opponent in your sights.
But why it is almost constant problem in 5on5 games but not happening so often in 64servers??
In last few 5on5 games i had 9/10 of times against enemy this huge latency problem (not funny at all!!!)
