@AdieShine-cn This guide can be used to show you how to appeal a Fairfight ban: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/EA-Bans-and-Suspensions-How-they-work-and-how-to-get-in-contact/m-p/9754200#M355907. If you have the notification email you should also be able to reply to that.

To appeal a PunkBuster ban you need to contact Evenbalance.

These are the steps you would need after using that link, and this should be working for you:

- Select the product that your account was banned or suspended from.
- Choose your platform.
- Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
- Fill out any additional details. For example, it might ask you if you are playing the game through an EA Play membership.
- Click Select contact option at the bottom of the screen.
- Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you haven’t already.
- Fill out the attached webform to give us all the details about your ban or suspension.

@ElliotLH I believe his country is blocking the web site/sites because BF4 is forbidden in his country.

We may at this point be helping him to break his local laws.
