You should reinstall the game, after that the DLC should download and install properly.

The issue is related to the install process, by the provided pictures you own the DLC so that is not the issue. If the uninstall does not help, then the verify option most likely will not work. Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps?

i reinstalled ea app, game, try app recovery, restart app. removed some *.dll file (becauce close quater not worked too, but removing dll file helped and now CQ works fine ) but not BK
I wish I could offer more information, but anything further would likely fall outside the realm of what's useful. I strongly recommend reaching out to EA Support again, as there’s not much more that can be done from a player’s perspective.
