I bought my husband Battlefield 3 but he cant play it. it says he is too young
Please tell me how to lift theage restriction for my husband to play Battlefield 3. I bought this for him for Christmas but it says he is too young??

If it is not possible for you to create a new EA-Account for him and let him try that way you should contact EA-Support. They'll help him confirm his age

Are you on Xbox 360?
If so, there's an FAQ at the EA Help Center:

Basically, he'll need to make sure his EA account and Gamertag are linked and, if so, he'll need to check with Xbox support for options to upgrade it to an adult account.
If it's PC, have him contact EA Help for account assistance.
For PS3, he'll actually have to create a new PSN ID because once made, it's pretty hard to change anything (and you can't change the PSN ID ever).
