I Brought Battlefield 3 Premium Edition PS3 And Got No Multiplayer Head Start Kit?

I brought the game and redeemed the code and all it gave me was the 4 maps, online pass, premium & the welcome pack. Now there's no multiplayer head start kit. I checked the downloads and it not there. The code doesn't even give it to me.

Please help
