I can no longer access the premium pass.

I bought battlefield 1 on release for the PS4 (disc version). Also the PREMIUM PASS. now with a PS5 i got it free on the PS PLUS COLLECTION - Now I can no longer access the premium pass/guns/maps that i previously used on the PS4. Any ideas?

    @Daz0903 also the Premium pass itself if installed? It's a separate add-on besides the actual DLC's too.

    And what did you exactly mention there you got it on PS5 via PlayStation Plus collection?

    So you use a digital version of the game you have used via disc before? 

    That gave me an idea of a weird case that you might be facing here! 🤨

    So make sure you try the following then:

    Get rid of the digital version you currently have installed on your PS5, which means delete all the game date. 

    Install the PS4 Disc version on the PS5 as you would usually do. 

    Make sure all the extra add-on content ect. you have for it is installed as well for this application. (as you probably have already) 

    And then try to run that Disc version application. 

    Cause i assume that the Disc and Digital version will be recognized different on the console and therefore the digital one doesn't accept all the add-ons which are supposed to be for the Disc version you recently used.

    Have you checked to see if its just the base game that has transfered using on the ps5 ? 
    Maybe have a look if you need to re download and content for it. Hope it helps

    @Daz0903 make as you installed BF1 on the PS5, thwt all the add-ons and extras (like the premium pass) you installed as well.

    Therfore go to you BF1 application in the PS5, and check store for available add-ons (if any are not already in your library).

    As everything BF1 related should show in the store like DLC packs, premium pass ect. make sure you properly downloaded and installed all the necessary packs and the premium add-on. Probably you only installed the base game itself by switching to the PS5.

    Because the issue sounds pretty much that you just haven't downloaded all the seperate necessary content.

    please note that there is deference between the disc version and the digital version.

    if you want to solve this issue follow my steps.

    for disc version 

    1 - uninstall the game from your ps5.

    2 - restart the ps5

    3 - put the disc on ps5 and install the game and all the dlc's available on the playstation store.

    for the digital version which available to you on the ps5 collection check the game version if it's bf1 revolution

    follow the steps 

    1 - uninstall the game from your ps5 

    2 - restart your ps5 

    3 - download the digital version with all the dlc's relate to it. 

    so what i need you to know is

    you can't  mix between disc version and digital version

    you need to delete all the current data for bf1 from your ps5. 

    then install the disc version with it's packaged or the digital version with it's packaged. 

     hope that works for you
