Hi there,
I just checked and the Origin store is not down. Have you tried to clear web cache and cookies and update the page?
Try all these:
- Clear web cache & cookies.
- Re-install the Origin client with the latest version. You can do so here: http://www.origin.com/download
- Check your internet connection.
- Reboot your PC.
If the problem still persists after trying this, please contact a Game Advisor here.
