I cannot join friends on COOP or Multiplayer (Battlelog Offline Bug)

Ever since I got BF3 I've had the typical issue of my friends not appearing online. In Origin my friends do appear online perfectly fine, but as soon as they open BF3 the notification pops up saying "______ is playing Battlefield 3" and then immediately afterward, "______ has stopped playing Battlefield 3". I'm on skype with these people, they're opening Battlelog through Origin and when they do I can see that they're online on Battlelog, but then immediately they appear offline again. They haven't set themselves to offline, its a common bug. If Battlelog was actually an integrated part of the BF3 game and handled by Origin's online itself rather than being this browser launched piece of **bleep**, it would actually work. I guarantee it. Steam doesn't have these problems and its all handled through one client, rather than redirecting you all over the **bleep** place. If you want your service to EVER compete with that, quit your **bleep** and actually solve these two year old common bugs instead of only fixing the stuff that makes you money. I'm so god damn tired of spending hours trying to get a coop game to launch, when I can't even join because Battlelog thinks everyone I try to play with is offline.
