I cannot kill the BF4.exe process
The bf4.exe is stuck on suspended and I cannot kill it with CMD or any other process killer probably (I googled this problem). Restarting only helps but it means I can play only one session which is...

Bf4.exe is not there. Only in the resource manager and I cannot end it in any possible way known to me (third party software, cmd, etc..).
The problem is that I cannot join servers and get the error
"Could not communicate with BF4. Please use the Task Manager to close it down." And I cannot close it down!
My pc has only one "user" and this is a image of my properties for the bf.4 exe

Community Manager- Press Ctrl+Alt+Del then click start the task manager.
- Click on the Processes tab.
- Find BF4.exe and right click it.
- Click End Process Tree.
