I can't choose russian language

I can not select the Russian language after buying premium.
Help please

    Try to contact EA support:

    1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
    2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC)
    3) Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available.).
    4) Next .

    Hi @theGENreel

    1) Remove a game and close Origin.

    2) Go to regedit (Windows+R and write regedit) 

    3) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE=>SOFTWARE=>Wow6432Node=>EA Games and you need to find and remove a folder Battlefield 3. (Save changes)

    4) Reboot your PC and reboot your Internet (Modem or Router)

    5) Download and Install and Test.

    I am still can not choose the Russian language when installing
