I cant download BF4 CTE

I now try to download bf4 cte since 2 days but im stuck at ~20%. To find out whats going on i recordet the download and i found out that the game is resetting itself from ~23% back to ~18% (thats 1 GB) over and over again.

I also get a message that Orgin.exe found no device on my CD drive every time i start Orgin.

UPDATE:

I tried to reinstall Orgin, deactivate my Anti-Virus and even reinstalled my Computer but this **bleep** is still happening!

While downloading the BF4 Dragons Teeth i fond out that some Programm ( Orgin ) is constantly deleting the XP3LevelsChunks.sb_DiP_STAGED file (located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\Update\Xpack3\Data\Win32) at around 97% = 7,04 GB

    Have you tried to restart the download?

    I had mine restart 3 times... The upload will stop, then start over again from 0% 
    And my upload is slow, any ideas on how to speed it up?

    Sure and this also happens to bf4 Dragons teeth DLC. From 50% to 40% and even 22 in less than 2 mins.

    Also deleted orgin and deactivated my Anti-Virus. Next step is to reinstall my complete computer
