I can't find BF4 in my origin library

I pre-order BF4 20/10/13. But today I not found it in my Origin game library. Also, in my purchase history I see this: screenshot. In this moment I don't have game on my account and money is not was...

I contacted EA support and they said that they could see BF4 on my origin profile. They also said that I was going to see it soon. I'll just wait 🙂

    Thanks, we are workiing towards getting this resolved for everyone. Just in case yours is a random local issue, restarting your origin completely(as in choose to shut it down manually) may to help expedite the process.
