i can't go online in battlefield 1 and battlefield 4

I would recommend doing a UOTrace, and getting in contact with EA Support to see if there's anything conflicting with your Connection.

I did and they gave me like 999 steps to follow,and i did all of them. But it still doesnt work. I dont know what to do, since i bought it 1 month ago and i still can't go online to this day.

I would try to reinstall origin client. 

Also, is these the only game that are experiencing internet issues?
