I cant login into the ea account !

I can't login into the ea account because the 6 digit codes provided by the app authentificator wont work..I don't get it..i got everything right but just wont do it

    @robyymcmb Hi, have you made any changes to your phone recently? Perhaps you can use your backup codes to get past this part, if you have them?


    If you don't have the backup codes and you can't progress, you can reach out to support. They can take a closer look and remove your current authenticator if needed.

    I waiting EA Live Chat to answer me (1-2 hr.)

    I do everyday it doesn't work.
