I can't play Battlefield 1

Good afternoon, 1 week ago I wanted to play after months of not entering the game, but I am surprised that the message "the game could not be started, due to an error in our system the game did not start, try again a little later" appears and from there I cannot play because I keep getting that message, I have already tried uninstalling both the game and the EA app but nothing improves
