i cant play

I just bought and downloaded hardline for Xbox one, worked fine first couple of days but now I can't play. It keep freezes on me when I first start up the game. Paid nearly 60 bucks, even pre paid, a...

    Sorry, first time doing one of these.   I shut Xbox down, unplugged Xbox for a few minutes, unplugged router and modem. Then just plugged itvall back in. Pretty much just reset everything.  Not sure if that what worked or not

If you didn't want to delete it at that point, you could have chosen to flag your second comment as the solution (and might have told us what you did to fix it).
